Shipping Information

Shipping estimates provide a general timeframe for when customers can expect their orders to arrive, but they should be viewed as approximate guides rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Under typical conditions, most orders are delivered within 10 to 20 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days generally include weekdays and Saturdays, while Sundays, public holidays, and any exceptional circumstances, such as extreme weather or public events, are not considered. Since shipping involves multiple stages and relies on third-party carriers, factors outside of our control—such as transportation delays, customs procedures, or weather-related disruptions—may sometimes extend delivery times. Although we strive to dispatch orders promptly, there are aspects of the delivery process that are beyond our direct influence.

After the payment is successfully processed, orders enter the verification stage where the shipping details and order information are checked and confirmed. Once this process is underway, no further changes can be made to the shipping address, recipient’s name, or contact information. For this reason, it is important that customers review all their details carefully before completing the order. Even minor mistakes, such as missing apartment numbers or incorrect postal codes, can result in delays, rerouting, or temporary holds on the package while the carrier performs additional verification.

During busy periods, such as seasonal sales, promotions, or other high-demand events, order fulfillment and shipping can be impacted due to increased volume. These surges in demand can cause additional delays, as carriers and fulfillment centers work through higher than usual quantities of shipments. Environmental factors, such as extreme weather, heavy snowfalls, or intense heat, can further impact transit times by delaying delivery routes or requiring temporary suspensions of service to ensure safety.

Occasionally, items may become unavailable after an order is placed but before it has been shipped due to stock changes. In these cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible. If an item is no longer available, it will be removed from the order and refunded, while the remaining products are shipped promptly to avoid further delays. This approach helps ensure that one out-of-stock item doesn’t hold up the entire order.

For some orders, free shipping may be available with no minimum purchase required. However, even with free shipping, the delivery is still subject to the policies of the carrier. If a delivery attempt fails—such as when the recipient is unavailable, there is restricted access, or the delivery requirements are not met—the package may be returned to the sender. In such cases, the order is canceled, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method according to normal processing timelines. Customers can help minimize the chance of missed deliveries by keeping an eye on tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the package.

Once the order has been dispatched, tracking information is provided to help customers monitor their shipment’s progress. The tracking status will show different stages of the delivery, including preparation, transport between locations, customs clearance, and final delivery. It is common for there to be temporary pauses in the tracking data while packages are moving between regions or hubs. Regularly checking tracking details is the best way to stay up to date and identify any potential delays early on.

In some rare cases, an order may not proceed to shipment. This could occur due to a product becoming unavailable prior to processing, if shipping services are not available to the provided destination, or if payment authorization fails. If this happens, customers will be notified immediately and offered alternatives such as a refund or different shipping arrangements.

If an order arrives with the wrong item, contacting customer support promptly will help resolve the issue. In cases where returns or refunds are necessary, these are processed as applicable. Returns for size preference are accepted, but replacement items will need to be purchased separately. If shipping takes longer than expected, reviewing tracking information is the first step, and customer support will be available to assist with any additional concerns. Our goal is to ensure clear communication and offer a reliable shipping experience, even in the face of unexpected issues.
